Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please contact our support team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective or faulty

  • Different from the item you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.


Refunds

After your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or received a defective item, please contact our support team.

Exchange eligibility depends on product availability and the condition of the returned item.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by misuse

  • Products returned outside the return window

  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items (where applicable)


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production or shipping has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help find the best solution.
